Many special event cruises fall on a public holiday. The higher ticket prices are reflective of the higher wage costs associated with double time payments made to staff on public holidays.
If your special event cruise includes a Harbour event (fireworks display, Australia Day celebration etc.) organised by the government or any regulatory authority:
- that is cancelled for any reason, no refund will be offered, either partial or in full.
- The location of the vessel, in most instances, are pre-determined by the government/Harbour authorities. Location may also be affected by various factors beyond our control (harbour traffic, weather, wind, etc.) No refund will be offered, either partial or in full due to vessel location.
